Risk Warning
1. Asset balance (USD):
1) Asset balance will be calculated and converted based on the last price at the calculation time.
2) The system takes hourly snapshots of user's holdings at random times, capturing the user's balances across all supported products: Spot, Futures, Copy trading, and Earn.
3) Daily average assets are calculated from these hourly snapshots, with each day running from 00:00:00 (UTC) to 23:59:59 (UTC).
2. WOO holding (WOO):
1) The system takes hourly snapshots of WOO holdings at random times, capturing the user's WOO balances across all supported products: Spot, Futures, Copy trading, and Earn.
2) Daily average WOO holdings are calculated from these hourly snapshots, with each day running from 00:00:00 (UTC) to 23:59:59 (UTC).
3. Your VIP level will be automatically upgraded based on the 'VIP Level Eligibility Criteria' set by the platform. If you meet any of the criteria for a VIP level, the system will automatically upgrade you as a VIP user.
4. Your VIP level will be automatically updated by the system every day at 00:00 (UTC+8). If you meet the conditions for multiple VIP levels, the system will upgrade you to the highest VIP level.
5. VIP to VIP Program: Users who have VIP status on any other exchange can upgrade to the corresponding level on WOO X and enjoy the full package of benefits by submitting proof by contacting the VIP customer service. User have 14 days to enjoy the corresponding VIP benefits. The VIP level will adjust to WOO X's standard VIP criteria after the first 14 days. Each KYC verification can only make use of the 'VIP Sharing Program' once. WOO X reserves the right of final interpretation for the VIP program.
